By accessing, browsing, registering an account, listing industrial soap manufacturing machinery, logging chemical/raw material requirements, or using any B2B dispatch services provided by SOAP INFO ("soapinfo.com"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Brokerage Framework.
If you do not agree to these terms or cannot fulfill the commercial obligations established herein, you must immediately terminate usage of this web portal. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior individual notification, and the updated version will always be published on this URL.
2. User Eligibility (B2B)
SOAP INFO is a professional B2B industrial marketplace explicitly intended for verified machinery dealers, raw material suppliers, brand owners, and soap manufacturers (toilet soap, laundry soap, and liquid detergent production units).
- Users must represent a legally recognized business entity or hold an active Class 3 brand registry under the Intellectual Property Organisation (IPO) of Pakistan.
- Individual users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid CNIC or commercial registration.
- Sellers must possess genuine ownership or authorized selling mandates for any listed machinery.
3. Marketplace Listing Rules
To maintain the integrity of our dispatch network, strict listing policies apply to all uploaded material:
- Strict Accuracy Mandate: All listed machinery (including duplex vacuum plodders, simplex plodders, stampers, rotary cutters, and mixers) must match their physical, electrical, and structural realities. Barrel diameter, screw-feed pitches, heating element wattage, and vacuum chamber sealing tolerances must be reported accurately.
- No Fake or Phantasm Listings: Listings for machinery that is not currently owned by the seller, or has already been disposed of, are strictly prohibited. Duplicate posts of the same machinery unit under different price parameters will be instantly removed.
- Pricing Transparency: While negotiable, initial listed prices must be reasonable market valuations in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR). Manipulative pricing points intended to distort marketplace filters are a violation of these terms.
4. Brokerage & Commissions
SOAP INFO facilitates specialized connection dispatches, technical factory floor plans, and trademark conflict reports overseen by our lead coordinator, Junaid Bhai.
Unless a custom engineering retainer agreement is pre-signed, any trade of industrial soap manufacturing machinery (new or used) completed or introduced via the SOAP INFO portal is subject to a standard 2.5% dispatch and advisory commission fee. This fee is split and paid by the parties as determined during transaction finalization under Junaid Bhai's desk.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials housed on the SOAP INFO platform, including but not limited to raw material calculators, pricing indexes, custom-designed trademark scanning scripts, graphic visual patterns, logos, brand colors, and curated machinery databases, are the sole intellectual property of SOAP INFO.
You are strictly forbidden from scraping, duplicating, or publishing our aggregated machinery directories or formulations without obtaining a formal written lease or clearance certificate from our লাহোরে (Lahore) compliance desk.
6. Limitation of Liability
SOAP INFO operates as a high-fidelity matching and dispatch platform. We exert every effort to verify machinery sellers and raw material purity, but we do not execute direct hardware guarantees.
The ultimate verification of mechanical fitness, shaft integrity, motor windings, and gear teeth rests entirely on the purchasing manufacturer. Buyers must execute direct physical trial runs or hire certified surveyors prior to signing final dispatch receipts.
SOAP INFO, its engineers, and its advisors (including Junaid Bhai) assume no liability for indirect business losses, production delays, faulty soap noodle formulations, or motor burnouts discovered post-delivery.
7. Governing Law (Pakistan)
These Terms of Use, brokerage arrangements, and commission frameworks are governed by, and construed strictly in accordance with, the federal laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute, claim, or transactional conflict arising from interactions initiated through this platform shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
